CHALLENGE #1: We are still worshipping in a sanctuary that was built when the congregation had less than 150 members. The church now has more than ten times as many members. The exact count at this time is 1643.

CHALLENGE #2: With 5 weekend worship services the congregation is becoming increasingly fragmented. Sunday School/bible study has become de-emphasized.

CHALLENGE #3: Our current debt (just under 700,000) and the estimated cost of a remodel of 1.3 million.

CHALLENGE #4: Current facility is not being used to its full potential.

CHALLENGE #5: There are many in Norfolk who still have no relationship with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

CHALLENGE #6: Each of us needs to continue to grow in our personal relationship with the one who shed His blood that we may be free.
