Here Are Some Ways You Can Help:

SMALL GROUPS

We will be utilizing our Small Group system the week of August 25th through 30th to share information about the campaign through a Fact Sheet and Video. No one will be asked to talk about pledges. You will however be encouraged to join a small group at this time if you are not already involved in our small group ministry. If you are already attending a group, you may be asked to lead a new group.

INFORMATION VISITS

The Information Organization will enlist and organize a number of people to distribute information packets to the whole church. The packets will include printed material and a video which will present the details regarding the church project. People will be encouraged to prayerfully consider how to respond to God’s call. All materials will be supplied for the visitation teams. Those volunteering may pick the names of the families they will take the packets to during the week of September 2nd-7th. Pledges will not be discussed or received at this time! You will simply be delivering the information.

HOSPITALITY ORGANIZATION

An exciting event involving every person in our congregation will be held on October 5th. An invitation will be sent to each household. The Hospitality Organization will enlist and organize a team who will call every household in the church to take responses for the event. Each caller will be assigned 10-12 calls. This team may serve as hosts and hostesses at the event.

RESPONSE TEAM

The Response Team will enlist and organize a team to call every household from whom a commitment card has not been received. Response Callers will simply call people to confirm they have received needed materials and to encourage them to return their commitment card in time for the announcement of the results of the campaign on Celebration weekend Sunday, October 18th and 19th. Calls will be made between October 6th and 17th.
