Our Savior Lutheran Church has developed a simple yet effective ministry structure to accomplish its mission.

Two boards oversee all ministry activities. Membership on these boards is elected by the congregation.

• Mission Leadership Council - Manages operations, sets policy and vision
• Board of Lay Ministry - Supervises spiritual health, membership care, and outreach

Ministry Structure

• Called professional church workers direct each of the four ministry areas.
• The congregation works with sister LCMS congregations in the area to support formal education through Christ Lutheran Elementary School and Lutheran High Northeast.
• King's Kids, a nonprofit Preschool & Childcare, also operates on the OSL campus.
