About

Building Hope & Empowering Families in Uganda

In 2025, Our Savior partnered with Children’s HopeChest to establish Magoro CarePoint in eastern Uganda. The community faces significant challenges, including poverty, limited access to education, food insecurity, and health concerns such as malaria, malnutrition, and HIV.

Yet hope is growing. Magoro CarePoint is expanding toward becoming a HopeChest Mega CarePoint, with a vision to serve more than 600 children across three locations, increasing its impact throughout the district.

The CarePoint offers a safe, welcoming space where children and families access programs that support education, leadership development, nutrition, health, and spiritual growth. Through this partnership, children discover their potential, families gain tools to thrive, and local leaders are empowered to sustain lasting change—inviting others to join in transforming lives for generations to come.
